You genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with so many spots that are perfect for photos. It’s also very safe, spotless, and well maintained. We had a Bay view from our balcony, and it was absolutely breathtaking — such a peaceful and scenic way to start and end the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Disney monorail, which connects you easily to the train station and the parks. Super convenient for Disney visits! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything was immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we come back to Tokyo Disney. We truly had a perfect stay — beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!"

"We were very comfortable in the hotel itself but had a 20min walk from the train station in the rain. It would be nice if we had an option to call for the shuttle to pick us up. We then found out our flight had been cancelled the next day & fortunately your front desk assured us 1 more night accommodation was an available. They definitely were very helpful Shuttle service was definitely a plus & breakfast buffet was scrumptious "
