"The trash in the hallway was an interesting thing though i didnt mind it much. Must be an unspoken rule that the trash is taken out that way as room service won't enter your room till you check out. Each sheet or cover on the bed had at least one cigarette hole burned through it. I could tell cause it was hard and charred around the edge of the hole. The place semi-regularly smelled of weed as well. Other than that it was an adequate stay for a convention over the weekend. "

"Quick and early check-in, which we appreciated. House was ready when we arrived. It's an old house but clean. It was a decent, affordable alternative to a hotel but I wish it was in a better neighborhood. There was police activity at the nearby gas station and a stray dog roaming the neighborhood when we arrived. The security system also woke us up a couple of times that first night because there was movement on or near the front porch. The only other thing was minor in that Wifi was strangely slow one night but good the other."

"We are repeat guests at this location. Prior guests had left a smell in the unit that was difficult to recover from. We had some struggles with some common household items, but heard back quickly. No monetary resolutions were offered regarding the smell even though the smell was very prevalent, only offered remidies had us out of the unit for extended periods of time, which was disappointing. We paid for this unit expecting access to it for the time rented for the price paid, without overwhelming smells. This rental was not what we expected. "

"Great rental for a great price. Beautiful old home in the city of Richmond that has been tastefully undated with all modern conveniences. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, and appliances. Off street parking was perfect. Host was responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling through this part of VA. "

"James was a great host. He gave us great directions on how to get in and supplied us with loads of great suggestions for interesting things to do and great places to eat! The house was lovely, newly renovated and nicely decorated! Will look forward to staying there again!"
