"I stayed here once before and this time was a very similar experience. The staff is nice enough, if a bit disorganized. My room was fine, but noisy. The wifi was awful and I was told that was probably because the hotel was full. Breakfast is ordered at a counter in the lobby and delivered to your table, but my order was lost and had to be placed again. The entire experience was very impersonal. "

"Fantastic stay. The house was clean and well equipped, check in and out was easy and well communicated, and the location worked great for us. We were in town for a conference at the greater Richmond convention center and enjoyed scootering about 10 minutes to the conference each morning. The hosts were very communicative and kept a very nice house. Would recommend highly!"
