"The cook did not show up, so we had to go out to breakfast. Just around the block, so not a big deal. I was a little concerned about parking, but the local garage was just $10 overnight, and the staff gave good advice about the how to get in and out. The room was very nice. A property that could only happen in Richmond."

"Fantastic stay. The house was clean and well equipped, check in and out was easy and well communicated, and the location worked great for us. We were in town for a conference at the greater Richmond convention center and enjoyed scootering about 10 minutes to the conference each morning. The hosts were very communicative and kept a very nice house. Would recommend highly!"

"Overall, the stay was great! The host was responsive and kind in communication. The place was lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.The only hiccups were a little bit of difficulty at first getting the lockbox to open (I think the lever was bit sticky), a fire alarm battery that needed to be replaced (to which the host responded effectively), and that the designated parking was hard to find as we had to enter through an alley to get to the back of the house."
