"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room door would not close properly unless it was slammed, and the trim around the door was dirty and visibly falling apart. The $20+ buffet breakfast was completely unacceptable — poor quality and not worth the price. More concerning was the ongoing construction noise coming from the adjacent room, including drilling, grinding, and loud music. When I raised this with the front desk, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and dismissive explanations (cleaning staff, outside traffic, nearby construction), none of which aligned with what was clearly audible from within my room. I even asked staff to come to the room to verify the issue themselves, and no one ever showed up. Despite all of this, I was not offered a room change or any resolution. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. "

"Fantastic stay. The house was clean and well equipped, check in and out was easy and well communicated, and the location worked great for us. We were in town for a conference at the greater Richmond convention center and enjoyed scootering about 10 minutes to the conference each morning. The hosts were very communicative and kept a very nice house. Would recommend highly!"
