"Our experience was very bad. There were no daily room cleans, barely had the items needed to make coffee, no towel changes , the safe boxes were not working, the breakfast was mediocre and the staff was very indifferent to all of our complaints. Never again!"

"had paid for two higher-end rooms based on the photos and descriptions, but what we received was one twin room and one queen room, neither matched the sizes or standards I had reserved. My parents were given the twin room, and after a long, exhausting trip, they had already settled in. I did inform the front desk that these were not the rooms we booked. They offered to switch us, but by that point it was too late for us to move everything. Additionally, I found a bug in the bathroom, which was very concerning."

"Cleaning is zero, I stayed 5 days room never been cleaned. Breakfast buffet was horrible and dirty (there was hair on scrambled egg which they put on buffet). Automatically you are getting negative vibes on breakfast area."

"I had an amazing 3-night stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for relaxing after long days exploring the city. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, and it was great that almost all of them spoke English, which made everything seamless. A special thank you to Öznur in the Executive Lounge for her outstanding service—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her manager, Emre, was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I also opted for the breakfast package, and it was absolutely worth it. The breakfast selection was fantastic and a great way to start each day. Overall, a top-tier experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul."

"This hotel has been so far my best experience in Istanbul. Location, rooms, amenities, and staff were top notch. A special call out to Ahsen at the front desk, and -forgot his name but the young restaurant manager at the Atrox Lounge. They have acommodated all of our requests. Especially the value offering is great compared to some other hotels in Istanbul can cost 3-4 times more. I have no reservations picking this hotel for my next trip."

"First off there are issues with cooling / heating. We were in floor 11 and even with the heat off it was blistering hot, the system kept pumping heat in so you have to keep the window open and it’s so loud outside. Next the restaurant don’t waste money on the buffet $1800 ($50) usd for a horrible buffet and lack of staff, walk 5 minutes and get amazing food at all the nearby restaurants for a lot less. Location was good, it’s next to a high end area with lots of food. Would I stay here again, no!"
