Room average not much view , having said that when u are on holiday u just use ur room to sleep thats it , the views from breakfast restaurant are stunning, the staff are super friendly ,visited their spa my 1st ever turkish bath experience and would recommend it any day, Anna the masseuse was amazing ,was bit sceptical getting the bath and sauna treatment after going thru a bypass 6 months ago , but Anna made the experience amazing she ensured and checked on me if I was ok time to time and not applying too much pressure.... will return to Istanbul and without a shadow of doubt this is where I will be staying again.. Thank you for ur amazing hospitality.."
"To be quite honest with you the staff were excellent! The guys at reception (Hussein &Marc- Hope I got the names correctly) were above par. Their professionalism was beyond belief, they were courteous, respectful, polite and always ready to help. they deserve a raise. The rooms were cleaned regularly and fresh towels were provided,and the porters were forever available to help especially Kaan and "Gogo" my wife and I enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend the hotel to others! the food was also excellent! keep it up "
