"정말 쾌적하고 너무 좁지도 않고 좋았어요. 꼭 필요한건 갖춰져 있어요. 다만 중앙난방관리다보니 더웠어요. 근데 창문여니 곧 시원해지고 더우면 선풍기도 대여해주신다 하셨어요. 그리고 프론트가 정말 친절했어요. 공항버스 타는 곳에 대해서 구체적으로 장소와 시간, 타는 방법을 알려주셨어요. 위치도 양재역에서 가깝고 강남역까지도 도보 15-20분 정도라 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 묵고싶어요."

"Ambiance is good, amenities are good. Only complain is slow elevator, crowded laundry room, some staff seemed reluctant to help. Convenient with regards to walking, shopping, public transport. Right in front of bus station, airport bus station. Would stay again."

"We were in the family suite that slept 4. There are only one of those. The room came with access to a semi private terrace also on that floor. Free breakfast buffet was small but very tasty. They have a delivery zone on the 2nd floor… BUT most of the restaurants listed never once opened during our stay. Convenient for those getting work done at Gangnam plastic surgery clinic. 2 convenience stores close by. Elevators and lobby is tiny and often crowded with luggage storage. "
