"This is the wierdest stay of this level that I may have ever had. The location is amazing. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good. Bedss are fine. But the bathroom... The bathroom is a DISTASTER. There is ONE light in the hallway (!) that goes for hallway, shower and toilet... and there's a transparent piece of plastic between that and the bed. If that were not enough, the tiles in toilet and shower are black. It's like being in a bunker. When using the sink, the light is above your head and behind. Can't do normal makeup or shave, it's just terrible and highliy inconvenient. To make matters worse, the toilet area "door" idn't connected to the ceiling (neither is shower) so there's no insulation from smell/sound. really just unbelievable. Do not recommend and won't stay again despite everything else that is nice about the hotel. Invest in doing proper bathrooms!!!"

"As soon as I arrived from the airport, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They were extremely understanding and helpful for any and every request I had. The property was very well maintained from the lobby all the way to the rooftop. Speaking of the rooftop, the bar was great with a lovely view of the city and mountains. Christian worked so hard to make sure everyone had what they needed every single day. The food was so good that despite eating in the city I made sure to grab some dinner at the bar. I will definitely be back to Santiago so Luciano K will be at the top of my list of places to stay. "

"The hotel is located next to the presidential palace. We enjoyed the area, lots of restaurants, shopping, and historical buildings. The hotel is clean, has good-sized rooms and an excellent breakfast."

"Breakfast was outstanding! We bought food to cook, but our stove did not work. We had daily maid service. Filtered water was avaiable free of charge in the lobby. Very quiet and immaculate environment. We would stay there again!"
