"Near everything. You can walk to the U3 train station, Vienna’s train system is very efficient. Walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Great for families."

"Convenient to U train. Great restaurant down 2 blocks (Gondola) Italian restaurant Parking in underground parking on property. Great breakfast. Good place to stay for a few days when in Vienna."
