"My check in was 2 hours late. I sat in chair and watched others being sent to their rooms. No mention of anything to make it right, ie. Free breakfast, bottle of water, anything. "

"Very nice hotel, affordable breakfast with lots of choices. This hotel is 15 min walk to the Shonbrunn palace and 20 min walk to subway to go down town. Rooms are clean every second day. Hotel have a bar with finger food available for dinner it also have a small shelf service snack outlet wich I liked very much. Hotel is near several restaurant. I highly recomend this hotel if you d'ont mind takind subway to go down town. Use of subway is very easy and safe and clean."

"A really unique and well presented hotel. Great facilities. Comfortable apartment with kettle etc but also hairdryer/iron & ironing board!! Just outside are the bus/tram stops (number 62) to take you directly into the centre of the city. You don't have any disturbing noise either considering they are so close. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and friendly. Free coffee/tea facilities in the foyer are an extra bonus. Should we ever visit this beautiful city again we will stay here."

"The room was clean and beds comfortable. The wifi was a bit slow but was fine. Metro stop directly across the road. Booked parking online through Mobypark. Showed receptionist at check in and she gave us an exit ticket. Very easy to get in and out of parking garage. Spar market just steps from the hotel. Pizza place a 5 minute walk. Perfect stay for us."

"There are 2 supermarket on both sides of the hotel one block away so it was very convenient. Lots of different restaurants in the area and the subway is about 4 or 5 blocks away. The only downside is that there is no fridge in the room. We stay at the back side of the hotel and it is very noisy with the subway train going by about 20 hours a day. If you are a light sleeper, make sure you get a room in the front and hope it is not as loud."
