"This hotel was pretty clean. Only issue for us was that it wasn't in city centre but not a big deal. However it was pretty annoying that we had to pay for an upgrade to check in earlier."

"Staying at Cocoon Wien was a cozy respite from which to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I felt at home for four nights here, starting each day with their nice buffet breakfast selection. Good to know: The U-Bahn and tram lines were a few blocks away in either direction, and it took about 30 minutes to travel to the city center. I loved that my room had a courtyard!"

"Clean, warm room in the centre of Vienna. About a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro, but then you can get anywhere very quickly. There are a lot of restaurants near the metro as well. The room we had overlooked the main street, which meant it was a little noisy and busy, even into the night. For us, this wasn't a problem, as we can sleep anywhere and actually like to hear the sounds of the neighbourhood. Others may find it too noisy, though. There is onsite parking underground but you will need to go into reception to get the access code first."

"Interesting property in that it’s a former castle and has old world charm. Nice breakfast buffet everyday. Indoor pool and sauna were quite nice as well. On the flip side, the elevator didn’t work. The room key kept malfunctioning which required getting it reactivated everyday. The property is a bit worn and aging in a few ways. One annoying thing is the lack of power outlets near the bed (just one). Overall a good stay but could’ve been better."
