"This place was adequate and convenient, but certainly far from gracious. Access requires walking in the dirt around a motorbike on the walkway. All the furniture, linens and dishware are sound but old. The beds are soft. You hear anyone walking about upstairs. But you can't beat it for the price in DC, and everything works. The neighborhood seems safe - between two elementary schools. Lots of parking, though signs say 2-hour limit, but we did not get ticketed. "

"We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. It worked out great...

"Overall for the price and need for two beds and bathrooms this was ideal. The unit was clean and neighbors friendly and helpful. Furniture for sitting area was not ideal and linens need an upgrade. People from out of town should know it’s a neighborhood going through transition from some older unkept homes to young professionals who are able to renovate and make upgrades. "
