"The rooms were fine, but the rest of the hotel was either under construction....or just out of commission. This place is fine if you just need a place to stay for a night, but I wouldn't stay here more than that."

"The staff was absolutely lovely. They were so accommodating and helpful in every way. Especially, Shelby at the front desk --- thank you for helping us to get moving (ride shares!)
p.s. - the pool could use a heather though..."
"Very comfortable, plush beds.
It is located in a district that is up and buzzing at night and is not quiet, but is also beautiful and exciting. The building is very large inside but there isn't much in terms of shops on the inside. Staying here is an experience if you enjoy the smell of and the look of 200 year old architecture and character that you will not get from a modern structure. I actually have no complaints. I wouldn't return, but only because I prefer modern. I prayed about staying at the right hotel for our experience. God answered by not letting me pass this up - and it was free with my points. It turned out to be everything my daughter was hoping for. She loved the place, so I'm glad the Lord answered with this. It was abonus to learn, after the fact, that the last scene in the new Superman movie was filmed here. Cool."
"Hotel is in an older building. Bathroom is tiny. Toilet paper holder is six inches off the floor. Room doorknobs are 24” off the floor. It felt like the amenities were designed for four foot tall people.
Location was perfect for walking to Hall of Fame and baseball park. "
"Used it for the last stop during my bicycle ride alone Erie Ohio Canal Towpath. The room was clean and the bed was comfy, with a beautiful view of Erie Lake from the room."
