"Room/overall place was clean when I arrived and the location of the place was very convenient! There are lots of food/cafe establishments just a short walk away, and the nearby stations make it very easy to get around. There is no elevator, but that wasn’t an issue for me! "

"All of the staff were lovely and welcoming. I had an event to go to, had gotten ready and already left and was worried I left my flat iron on but couldn’t go back to check so I quickly messaged the hotel to ask if they could check (with apologies attached) and they responded and took care of it right away and put my mind at ease. They accommodated my weird schedule with cleaning my room as well. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be using them for sure. "

"This is my second stay at Hotel Riviera. The rooms seem a bit dated but otherwise no complaints. Staff is amazing and speak English, check in took about 3 minutes. Location is great just outside Gangnam-dong tourists areas. It is about a 20 minute walk to COEX there are a few eateries nearby. Breakfast buffet is adequate and the coffee is decent. Pool is nice and the staff was extremely helpful. I will stay here again on my next visit to Seoul for sure."

"Ananti at Gangnam is beautifully decorated and the Cabin U was very comfortable for a family of four. We didn’t get to use the pool, but thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Poissons, the onsite restaurant, and complimentary cocktail lounge. Contrary to the other reviews I’ve read, we had no issues at all with the staff - they were courteous both during check-in and check-out. The only downside to this hotel is that it’s a 15 min walk to subway stations nearby. But we got by just fine with Ubers. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again."
