10/10 Excellent

"My room was very clean. The A/C was super freezing. I could not beleive it could get that cold. Had to turn it up because I couldn't feel my nose. The halls we always vaccuumed, but the baseboards were missed so there was a layer of dirt on them. The breakfast was good enough to not have to stop somewhere else. I don't eat eggs, which was the hot served. I loved making my own waffles every morning. That lady working breakfast is busy keeping things well stocked. (make sure to give her a tip!) The location was awesome. I was right across the street to the beach which saves money not having to park on the Seawall. I also enjoyed that my vehicle was in the garage so that when I got inside it, the car was not scalding. If you are looking for fancy, this ain't it, but if you are looking for clean and affordable, this is your place."
