"Very close to bus stops, shopping building and convenience stores. Tenjin station is in walking distance, almost all the way underground. Great on raining day. Taxi to airport was quick and easy, too. AC is central air and you can only change on/off plus strength. With air purifier, I wasn't bothered. Bed textiles were old but room was well cleaned. There's free bottled water and coffee for guests. If you choose to skip room cleaning, they'll give free items or coins for bottled drinks from lobby vending machine. Polite, friendly, helpful staff. Not the cheapest hotel but worth for this location."

"The staff were incredibly helpful. I have an allergy to feathers and they helped get the bedding swapped out. They were friendly and accommodating. The room wasn't large. It was comfortable and had what we needed for a few nights in town and it was convenient to get around."

"It’s located in the perfect spot, close to both public transportation as in buses and the airport subway line which takes you to many places, it’s also within walking distance to several major attractions. The original Ichiran ramen restaurant is just around the corner. You also have both seven eleven and familymart within 2 minutes walk. It’s in a lively area, but still a place that doesn’t overwhelm you. The beds are excellent, I had the best sleep. The interior and amenities are very stylish and well kept. My only downvote is that you can’t lock the luggage storage under the bed, so you leave your belongings in the open. I had no feeling of not being safe, but it still makes me uncomfortable because you just never know. There is a very small locker underneath the bed for valuables, that only fits a small handbag in size. Other than that, it’s an excellent accommodation."
