Room is nice and clean, staff and SOP is even better than many of the 5 star international hotels. Honestly cannot run out of good things to say about this hotel. "Very close to Hakata Station. Roughly a 7-10 minute walk. So convenient if you need to shop, eat, or get on a Shinkansen. Like a lot of Hotels in Japan, the room is a little small, yet the bathroom, toilet area; both in their own rooms, divided by a sliding door, were just as big as the bedroom/living area. I like spacious bathrooms so thats a bonus for me. My bed had enough space for 2 people, but the living area was only really enough for one person. There is a desk with a TV, so if there were 2 people, one person would have to sit at the desk, while the other person sits on the bed. Its fine, but just be aware of your space. The entrance to rooms are all connected to a multifloor central atrium, that is outdoors. You wont get wet if it rains, but just something to be aware of."

"Everything was great as far as location and amenities offered just would be nice if the capsule had a place to put your electronics. Like a shelf by the bed would be nice. It was kinda uncomfortable also and it was hot. They had the heat on so I was sweating all night and I had to buy a fan so I could sleep. "

"We chose this hotel for the onsen and it didn’t disappoint. A dip in the hot spring water at the end of the day really helps ease body pains. We used the jr pass and had to take the train from hakata station. It was a long walk (15 min). I’m in a wheelchair some paths don’t have a sidewalk but other than that we just enjoyed the experience. There’s plenty of nice food choices near the hotel. If you don’t mind the walk even Canal City is just a few minutes away. We opted for taxi to and from the airport and it’s only around 2k yen and very convenient. There is a weird odor in the toilet but they provide a spray to eliminate the smell. I hope they add hand wash in the toilet for better hygiene. I love the toiletries esp the ones in sachet available at the counter. It’s nice to use. If you turn left when leaving the hotel then turn left again there’s a nice onigiri shop with yummy choices in case you’re interested. I had this for breakfast on our last day and it was so good!"
