It was much more than expected. Clean, comfortable beds, very nice indoor soaking tub and outdoor jetted tub. Needed Google translate to figure out tub and bidet controls. Multilingual instructions on operation would've been helpful. No microwave in room. The plan included Japanese BBQ dinner and breakfast for two. Yakiniku platter was plentiful with a nice variety (though wife would've liked more veggies). Please note: the park's walkways are hilly and steep. Scooters are available for those with mobility issues; check with park for details; the bus stops and shops in the park close around 5:30 pm."

"Manager was rude, un kind and unprofessional. I believe he may have been drunk. He yelled at my children and cornered me because my son did not put on a shirt quick enough from coming off from the beach. He also yelled at us for not showing from coming from the beach and we simply went for a walk. We never got in the water. But he ran after us and told us we needed to shower outside before we went to the room. We rinsed our feet but apparently that was not enough. Horrible horrible stay and terrible manager. We have on video as well him yelling at our children "
