"Size of the room was spacious, high ceilings, comfort bed. Shower was powerful and anything else in the room just met our needs for 3 nights stay. Used laundry room-excellent fast washing. My husband tried Onsen Sadi was really nice experience. Hotel close to Hakata station which was very convenient. Gion old town is walking distance to explore temples. There is 24hr supermarket nearby good for Jetleg morning breakfasts. All very good, friendly staff if we come to Fukuoka again will definitely stay here. "

"Hotel is a little dated but the staff were outstanding. Beds are definitely on the hard side even for Japan standards but they accommodated and actually switched out my mattress when I was out. Breakfast buffet had lots of good quality options. Location is great. "

"The bathroom faucet had broken hot water so all you could get was cold. I had to leave for the airport early, before breakfast time, so there was no coffee available. Other less high star rated places I’ve stayed in had a keurig in the room and an nespresso machine or something self-serving in the lobby. Not this place. All they had was a water boiler and powdered instant in the room. Not at all what I would have expected from a place like this. Hot coffee in the morning for guests does not seem like too much to ask. "

"Generally ok hotel stay for the price but there is a very heavy smell of cigarettes in the hallway and rooms, even on the sheets. Considering this was supposed to be a non smoking hotel, either they are not enforcing it well, or not doing enough to clean it. "
