The villa is on a hill and from the balcony it is over-looking the pine trees and the bay. We loved the peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. "The staff speak good English. They will go out out the way to accommodate you and answer questions. My only issue was that the room had some cosmetic issues such as pin holes in the curtin shade and a floor lamp that was wobbly and maybe unstable. Your right on the beach. And a nice mall is next door. "

"Perfect location, just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station. Be sure to use Exit 18, which leads directly beside the hotel and is especially convenient on rainy days. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of three or four. Breakfast offered a wide selection, including udon and ramen. The staff were also very helpful. The hotel supports an online luggage delivery system where guests can complete the form in advance and simply provide a QR code at the counter. The staff can then print the shipping label within minutes, making the process much faster and more convenient than the traditional handwritten forms."

"The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed."
