"Besides it is hard to find the reception, everything is great. Service is excellent. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like there is a jacuzzi inside the room. I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "
"This place was pretty nice. I used one of big rooms with many beds. It was bit cold and had to pay for the parking, but the parking lot was right behind of the hotel. There is a very good donkatsu restaurant next to the hotel. "
"Great stay. Generous amount of room compared to Japan standards. Walking distance to all major areas of town. Parkinf available in close proximity if required."
"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The rooms were clean and in a great location. Drinks on the terrace were really nice. Very happy with our decision to stay there."
"Having visited in the 4th week of April 2025, it was a vibrant spring floral experience at the Island Park Garden. The villa is on a hill and from the balcony it is over-looking the pine trees and the bay. We loved the peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. The Japanese dinner and breakfast was delicious and the friendly and courteous staff-they were able to converse in simple English made our stay memorable. "
"The DD Hotel is great for groups and families. The rooms accommodate 6 - 8 people. We really liked the panda theme of the hotel. It is close to restaurants and shops - about 8 min walk. "
"we like this hotel as it provide excellent service during out stays , they clean /changed towel and bedsheet daily , offer bread + drink from 7-11am from lobby, we love this hotel."

"This is a great place for a budget stay! The standard bedroom felt a little tiny even as a solo traveler, so I would recommend going for the double if you are traveling as a duo or feel you need more space.
The Japanese breakfast is very much what it says on the card—if you're a foreigner and can't read hiragana/katakana, you might not recognize much beyond eggs/rice/pastries.
The front desk staff were very receptive and kind! All in all I very much enjoyed my stay, especially with Tojinmachi Station just outside the door. It made traveling around the city super easy."
"Check-in wasn't great - supposed to be a self-check-in via tablet, but there was an error code we couldn't get past. We couldn't call for help due to our international phones. After about 30 minutes we finally got help via email and were able to get into our room.
The room itself was okay, although some damaged items were present and it wasn't particularly clean. No cutlery/silverware at all, not even chopsticks. Just a single butter knife.
Lots of clean bedding provided though, and it was more spacious than expected."
"Getting to the apartment initally was a bit of a trek. It's a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station but only 6 minutes to the bus. It was a great place away from the main city to explore and enjoy fukuoka. Walking distance to Ohori park, paypay stadium, and teamlab forest with more than a few covenience stores and small grocery stores nearby. The apartment was on the 3rd floor in a quiet neighborhood. It was adjacent to a school and that could create some noise but it was infrequent and only during the day.
The apartment had lots of features that seemed new and the bed was comfortable with extra pillows and sheets if needed. The couch was also comfortable and the unit cpuld have easily slept a small group. There was a working kitchen but maybe not everytning to enjoy it such as a knife and cutting board but the microwave and kettle were plenty for our travel needs. "
"Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view"
