"Very clean, spacious and family friendly"

"Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel."

"良かった"

"Stayed 2 nights. We had a Japanese suite for our family. We really liked the space, and had a good amount of room. We enjoyed the breakfast and the baths were also great. The shuttle bus into the city was also really convenient"

"Room is clean, staff is helpful. Perfect!"

"It was such an amazing experiences. The staff was super nice and the area is so so peaceful. Island is so kind. Everything was bliss. Not much of an ocean view at our spot because the tree covered part of it but still you could see a lot of the ocean and you can easily walk around and see more of it thanks to the park and viewpoints. Love it! Will come back one day."

"Location and room size were perfect!!"

"Wonderful location. Highly recommend."

"loved our stay here :) staff was super hospitable and lovely! Love the lobby and the restaurant/bar attached was a vibe - thank you for a wonderful stay! Super trendy area with lots of young people around."

Many nice restaurants and yatai within walking distance. The hotel has a coin laundry on the 2nd floor, which is a big big bonus for us."

"Good location and friendly employees"

"We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the balcony was a great place to relax. Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind, and Momoko was especially helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport. The location is excellent—right in the middle of the two main shopping areas, making it easy to walk almost everywhere. A few things could be improved. The room entrances are accessed from the outside, similar to a motel, which wasn’t what we expected. We...
