"Stayed here with a group of 8 lads and it was exactly what we needed - Cheap, comfy and close to Leeds city centre (in a taxi). Beds were comfy and clean, we were provided towels which was a nice touch. Lounge had comfy sofa's as well as a nice size TV. Kitchen was fully kitted out with everything you need to cook and drink with. Bathroom was clean and also had shower gel to use. Overall, I'd say the house itself isn't in the nicest area of Leeds, however, we had no issues while we stayed...

"Parking in multi-storey ca park next door to hotel. Discount given by hotel, £8.00 to pay instead of the £24.00 charge. Safe well lit car park. Hotel excellent. Only stayed one night and couldn’t fault a thing. All the staff were keen and attentive and very helpful. "

"Amazing stay had with my partner. Hotel and room was very clean with the friendly helpful staff. We took the train into Leeds for the day and with only a short 20 minute walk to the station was a perfect location. Although we didn’t have any treatments we made use of the spa each morning to start the day. A perfect getaway enjoyed, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to just get away and relax! "
