It’s extremely frustrating after obtaining confirmation from the property manager, the address, check-in procedures, and code to the door to find someone else in the unit. Especially, when your arrival is at 10:00 at night. Thankfully, the double occupants were calm and of sound minds and understanding. Fortunately, we found vacancy in a local hotel.
