"The hotel was absolutely lovely and even with a late arrival they were very pleasant and helpful, even with my awful German language skills! The room was cozy and comfortable. I will also add they had one of the best breakfasts I've yet seen at any hotel. Very extensive with meats and cheeses and patries and all of them were fresh and not store bought. "Nice hotel on our way back from Denmark. Nice, cisy and modern restaurant with many choices and combinations, ofcourse at a price. They have new renovated rooms and old rooms, which are still Ok, except for the bad pillows."

"We had a family room which was very spacious and great for our stay. We visited Heide park and this place was 10 minutes away. The breakfast was great for a small place and had absolutely everything we needed. The hotel is a little old fashioned but clean and friendly staff. Cute house dog on site!"

"Property is located over 3 buildings and this means there is a bit of explanation required. We checked in at one building, breakfast was in another and our room in another. We had misunderstood where check out was, probably due to language differences, and it wasn't the same as check in. My only concern was that while our building door was locked on arrival for security, other guests kept propping the door open. "
