"We had a great stay in Llanfair. The house was big and comfortable, with plenty of space for our two families (9 people). The kids (ages 5-15) loved the playroom, and the spa was a great hit with everyone. We enjoyed using the fireplace, and it was nice to have a dining table that fit all of us. It's a 15-20 minute walk down a steep footpath to beautiful Harlech beach, and Harlech castle (with a great little cafe) is less than 30 minute on foot (or <5 min drive). "“Holiday started off badly when owner told us we had to take our own bed linen (king size, double and 4 singles) + towels with us.” Apparently there was issue with cleaners so suddenly became our problem somehow. Had to pack this in an already over packed car. Offered a £50 refund which was a bit of a joke given the hassle. Nice enough house up a very steep road. Could do with better outdoor furniture rather then just a wooden table + bench that would be better in a pub beer garden. Seats to...
