The property is pretty modern for the area. The hotel is relatively small, owned by a super kind famliy- they're very sweet and generous. The room is well equipped and clean, basic toiletries and towels are provided, and there's an AC, tv, mini fridge, and kettle. It also has a small balconey overlooking the garden. There are beehives and an api house. The place also has a gift shop where the family sells homemade stuff which include honey wine, soaps, candles, perfumes, and creams. The location...

My parents stayed there. They like it.

In Yerevan on business for a couple of weeks, I fled the gorgeous but overpriced Marriott in Republic Square, and moved a couple of blocks down the street to the Republica. What a contrast! Starting at the reception desk. Marriott: Snooty, cold, and totally uncooperative, despite my Gold Elite status. Republica: Welcoming, warm, and accommodating. Marriott restaurant: food & service mediocre to poor. Republica: food & service excellent. Marriott room: big but shabby & outdated. Republica...

Nice hotel, clean, decent size rooms and comfortable bed. Front desk speaks English and is very friendly and helpful. Shower has rain option, and is nice and hot for a long time. Very central to everything, easy to walk to whatever you want to see.

Staff are very friendly

Very convenient, easy access by car. Excellent customer service.

An oasis of good service in the south Caucasus, especially after the flag change to Doubletree. Young, friendly, well trained English-speaking staff. In Yerevan and elsewhere, unfortunately, expect to be taken for a ride by some who will invariably try to overcharge you/rip you off (some taxi drivers, some restaurants-even national chain ones- and even stores), but despite it all it is always good to get back to the hotel and feel at home again with friendly staff, and the country itself is...

Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. Hotel is well maintained, with attentive staff. Only complaint is the variety and quality of breakfast buffet. Very unusual items that would have been better suited for a lunch buffet. Tried to get an omelet twice, and ended up with runny, greasy scrambled eggs. Lunch and dinner menu is great and features classic Armenian items. The...

Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were super nice and comfortable! Amazing stay. I would come back here again every time.

Amazing staff, always fresh and clean, non-smoking, located in the very center of Yerevan.

The staff were very helpful with everything from help with getting cabs to offering excursion suggestions. For breakfast there were a lot of options, including excellent coffee. The room was on the smaller side, but really efficient with a place for everything. The only thing that was not great was the TV. The picture would freeze periodically and many channels were in Russian, so not understandable to me. I would absolutely stay there again.
