"Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Food was okay. Room was nice - but we ended up upgrading. Location was perfect for beaches we wanted. Would definitely consider staying here again but maybe not doing the all inclusive."

You made our stay truly unforgettable, and we're so grateful for the care and warmth you showed us everyday. The food was A one perfection -though the portions could have been a bit bigger. However they don’t limit you on what you can order- so I understand the meaning behind it all- preserve and don’t be wasteful. They have a variety of food and It’s not a buffet so it makes it all even better because then you know the food is made fresh. They have a variety of options - don’t be afraid to ask, Everything else was restful and peaceful, made even more special by the surprise from my fiancé. The views were beautiful, and it was so easy to get around. It was just a short ride to Playa Norte with a golf cart, and Dolphin Discovery was a great experience too. We can't wait to come Back."

"First of all, the home was beautiful! The entire property had a warm feel of home because of the constant care and attention to every detail provided by Concierge Carlos, Butler Ramon, Housekeeper Jacquline ,Chefs Catalina and Umberto !! I cant say enough about these wonderful people on staff ! So proffessional! They were 100% focused on making our stay the best possible. Catalinas 3 meal presentation was probably the best experience we had on the island. Highly recommend! Beds comfy. Shower pressure great. 9 adult guests 7 nights"

"Great place to rent! We rented the entire house for two families and we had a blast. You can hear the ocean throughout the house. I ordered groceries beforehand and they were there prior to check in. Air conditioning was very cold- loved this! Pool was clean and the kids loved it. Our only complaint which is not a reflection of the host or house is that there is a speed bump right outside the house, golf carts would not realize it was there and would slam on the brakes right before. You would hear squealing from the carts- especially at night. We were able to get cabs pretty easily from the house, "

"The house was just as described. We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and it was especially nice that each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom. It has everything needed to relax and unwind. Very clean and well appointed. We also found the concierge very helpful and responsive. Would definitely return!"

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."
