Cute place right by the malecon. Great location too, it was right by the ferry. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was really big and I enjoyed my stay there.

The ocean view is lovely. Nice patio by the pool. The staff is very helpful. They serve breakfast there and also cold beer walkable to everything very safe lovely area. They just fix the Malecon. It’s brand new. I stay here often when I come to Isla

Katy and Vanessa were fantastic! Katy checked us in and showed us personally all the details of the room and property with a keen attention to detail. Vanessa helped us with our questions during our stay and checked us out. They were both so amazing and when we return we hope to see them both again. The property is lovely and is in a percent location close to everything but quiet and peaceful. We will stay here again when we return.

This is our second visit to this establishment in a year. This visit was much much better than the last. Elevator was working, they had pool / beach towels (But they don’t like exchanging them for fresh ones) the majority of the staff was much nicer. The young man who checked us in was great! Joshua or Johnathan. Helpful took care of a light issue we had and answered questions with a great smile. The area has really become nice with all the improvements and look out views. The grounds are so clean. Daily saw trash pick up moping cleaning windows and the massage therapists there are great!!! We will go back !

Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings. Pool was a lap pool but with a couple of people in it, laps were difficult. Decent small bar and restaurant on-site but not as cheap as many restaurants around around the corner. Eduardo at the restaurant provided excellent service and made wonderful mescalitas. Overall it was fine for the price and location though I wish there a a swimmable beach closer.

Loved our stay at The Mint Resort. The staff was amazing and answered any questions we had. The hotel was kept clean and our room was very spacious. Major plus that the AC worked great and never had trouble with the hot water. The only downside was that there is construction happening around the resort but that’s out of the hands of the resort. Overall the location was great and walkable from Playa Norte. Tons of restaurants around the area. We would definitely come back here again in the future.

Location of hotel is great. Your 3-5 min walk to N Beach and Hidalgo Street. The pools are perfect. Great view of ocean from pool. They have done a nice job with the hotel. We never ate at the bar/restaurant and never saw anyone in there. I was hoping they would deliver drinks to the pool but that never happened. That would have been a nice touch. Our room facing the ocean was huge. I would stay here again.

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, maintenance always upkept our room which was nice after sandy beach days! Outdoor pool was always up kept & beatiful. Our kids used and abused that pool.
