"Beautiful rooms with a sitting area and large bathroom. We were greeted with a plate of dainties and a welcome letter when we entered our room. Lots of parking and located across from a number of restaurants. Many of those were closed the day we were there so we ate dinner in the hotel. Food was good and service was very prompt. Breakfast the next morning was continental but includes the option to order from a hot breakfast menu."

We used this as a base to explore the area, so getting out of Galway was much easier than if we had stayed downtown. We walked to downtown several times during our stay, but usually wished for a scooter before we got all the way back."
