"Stayed at room 1605. Loved the hospitality and professionalism from the staff. The room was amazing as well, the views were incredible and it was very confortable. My only remarks were that the windows were not clean on the outside and the towel rack in the bathroom had rust on the floor. Other than that, I will gladly return and perhaps make it a permanent hotel to book when I visit NYC again. Cheers"
