"The area is pretty and fairly calm for Chicago, and I had a great view of the downtown skyline from my room! Everything was clean, and the lobby is so pretty. "

"They let us check-In early, which was great, however, the person who checked us in basically gave us our keys and no other information. We didn’t know about breakfast, nor were we given the small paper insert with the Wi-Fi code. We found out about it thru my sister-in-law who was also staying at the hotel. Other than this, the room was very tidy and the hotel overall was clean and well kept. All staff we encountered was friendly. We took the shuttle to the airport, it was on time, and the driver was super friendly and helpful with our luggage."

I enjoyed the discount at the bakery, definitely a must for pastries, room is close to grant park, the walls are thin and you can hear the outside noise but after walking all day you’re tired enough it doesn’t matter.
