"We stayed here for two nights on our way to Canada. The hotel is very convenient and across the street from Grant Park and a short walk to Millennial Park and the Riverwalk You can also walk to Navy Pier (if you don't mind walking and the Field Museum. There is no breakfast offered other than coffee in the lobby, but you can get a discount at the adjoining bistro (which is very good). They also have an adjoining Asian restaurant that looked very good, but we didn't have the chance to eat there....

"What I didn’t like is that they took a 100 security deposit to be returned three or four days after we leave. This is a rip off. I don’t know if you said that would happen but it did. I find it pretty outrageous. "

"The bed was horrible. I couldn't hardly sleep because it was very uncomfortable. And it was not as clean as I would expect. I went solo and I'm a female and there was a spider in the bathroom. I was forced to kill it myself. And there was also another bug that I had to kill. But the staff was very nice. The area and some of the guests were sketchy."

"The room was very spacious. Water pressure in the shower was on the low side. There is not a lot of parking and we are leaving our vehicle for two days. We have to leave them a key (which I don’t like). I guess they may have to move cars around. "
