"Trudy and Bob were wonderful hosts and their accommodations were resplendent: beautifully and playfully decorated, lush landscaping, awesome views overlooking the beach below. The guest house was like an artist’s small castle; the kitchen was well appointed. We were given a tour of the open-air market on Tuesday. We saw (and heard!) howler monkeys and coati and iguanas and vultures and hummingbirds, all inside the compound’s grounds, lots of exotic flora and fauna. There were several beaches nearby, each with its own different personality, sand and tide pools etc. Really a memorable trip!"

"We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We loved this section of the beach, the property and casita were perfect (it was raining mangoes, so lots of monkey sightings!) and the locals were beyond friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!"

"We absolutely loved the house. The privacy was unreal, the views were beautiful, and the house was more than we ever expected. It truly had everything we needed.The kitchen was huge, the layout was amazing, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. We used the grill a couple of times—it was brand new, clean, and worked perfectly. The second-floor pool was such a cool touch and something we really enjoyed.We had an amazing time and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend."

"This property is AMAZING!! Coltin is the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Coltin is basically a travel agent. He setup our transportation, excursions, chef, massages etc. the property was exquisite! It was clean, well stocked and a great location. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely be looking up his other properties too! We had a group of 26 people and traveling with a group that big can be very stressful but Coltin made it so easy and actually relaxing. "
