Atendimento no check in ruim, atendente não explicou nada sobre hotel e só informou que se quiséssemos usar jacuzzi tinha que reservar com salva vidas. Tivemos que voltar a recepção para saber como funcionava a programação e receber mais informações. Não existe drink de boas vindas como mencionado. No geral foi bom, mas esperava bem mais de um local que se denomina resort de alto padrão.

Tivemos uma experiência muito boa até a metade do tempo quando eu tive uma virose e passei muito mal. Mesmo assim, a equipe quando ficou sabendo fez de tudo para que eu tivesse um pouco mais de descanso, conseguiram remédios e até ofereceram chamar um médico para me atender. Enquanto estávamos todos bem, aproveitamos muito, a comida é muito boa, o atendimento é impecável. Os tios da recriação infantil são muito animados e fizeram de tudo para o nosso filho se enturmar, foi muito legal. Único ponto negativo é com relação ao colchão e travesseiros, que para o meu gosto eram muito duros, mas tem quem goste, então não chega a ser um defeito.

Hotel super bem cuidado, confortável, boa comida. Ponto negativo é a falta de aquecimento nos quartos (ao menos na ala inverno), pois é um local bastante úmido e o lençol térmico não supre a necessidade.

hotel sem preparo para inverno

O hotel não está preparado para receber hópedes no inverno. Nao tem ar condicionado quente no quarto. o baheiro grande e muiiiito frio, piso sem calefação tudo muito gelado, tinha lençol termico na cama porem somente 1 lado funcionava e foi feito reclamação sem solucao, ficamos de quinta a domingo na frente de uma pequena lareira no corredor do hotel sem nehuma atração, pois o pic nic foi cancelado. Cama pequena acredito que nao era uma cama queen. Decepcionante

Excelente hotel, com refeições de boa qualidade. O destaque vai para a piscina com borda infinita, que é fantástica! Além disso, há a possibilidade de utilizar o parque aquático do grupo, que fica no mesmo complexo, sem custo extra.
