"I loved the independence of the flat. The kitchen was fab but could have done with a microwave or even an oven dish. I did not like seeing all the bins at the front full to the brim. Loved the shower and the bed was okay but badly needed a bedside light. A small chest of drawers would also of been handy. I would book again. "

"This flat had some things a business client would need in a self contained property, but the kitchen lacked some essentialslike and chopping board etc. However, post covid, i was surprised to see the unnecessary decorative items still laying about that others can touch etc. The property has some wear and tear issues that should be addressed, but nothing to stop you from staying here."

"Good price for the size of the flat. Travelled with a baby and was happy to have the space. Simple furnishings with no clutter. Parking in the garden came in very handy. Property is on a very busy road, expect to hear traffic all through the night. However, it came with the convenience of regular buses to take you into the heart of Bath in 15 mins if you didn't want to walk 30 mins. We did both and it was a great way to check out the area. The layout of the property and its facilities were excellent! However, the whole place needs a very big deep clean! The lounge has a yellow rug on the floor that has definitely seen better days, it was stained and generally nasty. The kitchen utensils all need a good wash before we could use them. "Good for our house searching in Bath area. Its an easy walk down into Bath but not so easy coming back up the hill. Pleasant neighbourhood, garanteed parking (important in Bath). Close to some nice crescents. Accomodation clean, pleasant and comfortable. Complimentary croissants in freezer and high end coffee machine nice touches."
