"Property was as advertised. We were only there one night for a concert but everything was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds and an easy 25 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. Check in/out process easy."

"Very clean and good location. Communication was spotty with the owner but he eventually answered. Overall nice place to stay. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard for the dogs. Lots of mosquitoes back there so bring bug spray if staying out there for more than a few minutes."

"We were looking for a place to spend the night after a concert in Charlotte. This was only a few miles away and it was a better deal for us to book this house than 2 hotel rooms! It's an older home but was clean and well-kept. It also had a huge backyard! I would recommend this, especially if you are looking for an extended stay with family and want to be really close to, but not in uptown."

"The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area."

"This home had lots of space, and other than it not having a hot tub like I had initially seen when booking the place, our stay was great!
