Located in the middle of Gatlinburg. Remodeled in Spring of 2020.
Our premier NO PETS / NO SMOKING unit has one bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and large wall mounted flat screen TV, custom décor with plantation blinds..
The kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets, a new four burner glass topped electric stove, toaster, large microwave, new frost free full size refrigerator / freezer and coffee maker.
There are ample nice utensils, upscale dishes and stainless steel cookware.
The den has a large flat screen TV and DVR along with a comfortable sofa that converts into a Premium 7" mattress Queen size bed suitable for up to 2 KIDS.
It has two new very comfortable matching Lazy-boy rocker recliners.
The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY.
The den has a wide sliding glass door leading to the adjacent private covered balcony with table and two chairs overlooking the outside pool, kiddie pool and hot tub.
There is an ashtray on the balcony table for smokers, since this is a no smoking unit.

After a week vacation in South Carolina, we had a 2 night stay in Gatlinburg before heading home. This condo was minutes from all kinds of eating places and shopping. And, of course the beautiful Smoky Mountains. It was a good place to just rest and relax, also.

It was amazing and super cute. The bear theme was perfect. And the room was super clean and cozy! Perfect location for walking everywhere. The pool and hot tub were clean and great as well. Will definitely book here again!!

Great LOCATION for Smoky Mountains National Park
Overall this was a great place for a couple to set us base for exploring the park due to location. We were able to walk downtown to restaurants and get to the park entrance fairly quickly. Kitchen is very basic. Nice size fridge, small electric stove, not much counter space. Don't plan to cook a lot but able to make a hot breakfast. Recliner chairs were really not functional-this was reported to the owner who plans on replacing them. We found the bathroom towels to have an odor like they were never washed, thus the less than perfect cleanliness

We had an exceptional stay at this condo! We couldn't have asked for a more ideal location, within walking distance of the main strip in town. Heated pool felt like bathwater and would be especially nice on a cooler day. Got to experience wildlife right outside the condo!

5 day trip to Gatlinburg
The location of the property was great, very clean and updated. We had a great time. Our only critique would be that the bed frame was very noisy with ever more and the bed itself you could feel the springs in. That being said, I would totally stay again and recommend this property.
