Relax at the Firefly Retreat! Within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg!

This three bedroom house lies on a large lot that overlooks the Roaring Fork Creek and has a view of the Gatlinburg Sky Lift. The house is 0.9 miles from the Aquarium, which puts you very close to downtown Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. You are also only 3.7 miles from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. If you don't want to walk downtown, then there is a trolley stop a short distance from the house. The house is also located just 4 miles from the Rocky Top Sports World. As an added bonus there are no curvy, hilly roads to worry about because this house is right off of HWY 321.

This house was built 2018, boasting three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, ensuite, and 32" TV. It also has a patio door that leads out to the front porch so that you can sit and listen to the peaceful creek. On the other side of living room are two identical bedrooms with queen beds and 32 " TVs. In between the two bedrooms is the second full bathroom. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all open concept. The living room has a gas log fireplace, a 55" TV, and a Blu - Ray Player. The couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa that could bring the accommodation of the house up to 8. The Kitchen is fully furnished and also has a full size washer and dryer for your use. Outside of the house it a 24" x 16" JUMBO Park Style Charcoal Grill if you would like to cookout will here. All TVs are hooked up to Spectrum Cable and there is high speed internet for you to use included in your stay.

The little things that make a big difference! The home is stocked with a starter supply of consumable items, including coffee filters, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and garbage bags. Less planning for you, more enjoying your vacation!

Great location

Wonderful place, location is great. Just under a mile into Gatlinburg and on the free trolley route. We saw a black bear one night! Hosts are quick to respond to questions.

The property was perfect. Great location, easy to get to Downtown and Pigeon Forge. Loved sitting on the porch listening to the creek. Didn’t see a bear but one did leave paw prints on the car.

Great Stay

The house was clean and cozy. Just close enough to the main strip of Gatlinburg that if you don’t make the last trolly the walk back isn’t horrible.We had two kids with us and they had a blast.

Nice house very close to downtown

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well stocked, very clean and the furniture is very comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to walk downtown and not have to deal with traffic and parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Great location, from the main Parkway. Everything the owners stated about the property it true. Nice and clean, my children loved it. I sat on the back porch and listened to the water from the creek, just perfect.

Check in was very easy. We found the unit to be very clean. We were provided basic supplies to begin our stay. Unit is within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent accommodations!

Nicely furnished with everything you need for a lovely stay in Gatlinburg. We really appreciated the stocked kitchen materials and lush bath towels. Queen beds were very comfortable, but the one king bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and should probably be replaced. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to any of our family or friends traveling to the area.

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time staying here and would definitely recommend it. When we first arrived we thought there may be an issue with the guest toilet and reached out to the owners to be on the safe side, he came out right away to take a look, which was much appreciated. The owners also made sure to have maintenance take care of the driveway before we arrived to ensure there was no ice. The house is well stocked with towels, wash cloths, cookware, and cleaning supplies. Plus, the location is ideal if you want to be close to downtown Gatlinburg, but avoid all of the noise from the crowds.

New and so clean!!! We felt right at home!

This home is new, and everything in the home was spotless! The beds had crisp clean linens and were very comfortable. The living area was open concept and very spacious. The owners are easy to contact and reply quickly to all questions. They even put cleaning products out of reach of my 10 month old, before we arrived!! So thoughtful! I just can’t say enough about the comfort this rental provided. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place. Had everything we needed. Location, not “walkable” with a toddler but plenty of parking available downtown (20.00 to park) Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked and had all the basic needs. Would stay again. 🤍

The view from the backyard was beautiful

Friendly Location
