"Owners were amazing. When we booked our room it was not 'closed' by Hotels.com. It was, then double booked. The owners found us alternative accommodation nearby until they could offer us a room at La Citta Vecchia. They kept in touch with us throughout. Once we got to La Citta Vecchia we were really pleased. The B&B decor and furnishings fit perfectly with the surrounding area. "property was advertised as 3 double bedrooms and photos showed 2 doubles and a twin. When we arrived we had to ask for the third bedroom as we weren't shown it. We had to wait for the room to be made up but it was only a single. The location was excellent as was communication. Plenty of restaurants nearby and transport.
