"Our stay was outstanding in everyway, from early checkin to checking out 3+ days later. The stay was great! The room was cleaned promptly and properly. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our stay could not have been better. We will stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona."
"On the fourth morning of our stay, I went to the front desk at 7:15 AM to request a taxi for 7:40 AM. My wife and I had a quick breakfast and returned to the lobby at 7:40 AM for our excursion to Montserrat, only to find out the front desk never confirmed a vehicle.
Although they tried to hail a taxi on the spot, one didn't arrive until after 8:00 AM. As a result, we missed our tour group and lost the $130 we paid for the excursion. Had the staff communicated that they couldn't secure a ride,...
"Our bathroom had a leak from the ceiling with mold along the ceiling. We reported this when we arrived to the room. When someone came to look we had the privacy card turned. We contacted them when we returned from lunch same day. Nobody came. 2 days later our bathroom was flooded when we returned from site seeing. "Everything about the hotel from the location to the staff, the bedding, the breakfast was just perfect for us! While all staff were great, I want to especially thank Francesco who was extremely helpful to us for the entire stay, including his patience with our non-understanding of Italian. He is a definite asset to your company!!!!"
"The hotel itself was fine, and the staff was extremely professional and friendly. Sadly, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking around after a certain hour. I would definitely recommend using a taxi or Cabify if you’re going out after dark. Although the hotel is somewhat centrally located, the area didn’t necessarily feel like the safest place, especially at night."
