"This is a small family run hotel that was clean, had a working elevator and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a no frills hotel but the rooms were clean and well kept. It’s in a slightly more industrial area, but there’s a market right across the street, and convenient parking. "
"Check in was a breeze. As an American who only speaks some German, the concierge was extremely helpful, and even upped my room to a dopplezimmer because of my height (much appreciated).

"Rude staff, no parking available when arrived. Given single room when I had booked a double room. Poorest service ever.
Please see photo attached if room received before having to complain to hotel to get the room I should have received originally. Not what I expect when booking through Expedia"
