"No staff and had to phone more than once to eventually be let in to hotel and given room details. Not welcolming at all and would not book again. Good view but tired dated bed, and bed covers. No way would we consider the room delux, as booked. Convenient for visit to paignton and station"

"The place feels a bit shabby in parts, especially the swimming pool area, but the staff are awesome and the sea view rooms are worth the upgrade. The place is ideal if you're arriving by train as it's right next door!"
