"Hotel staff was nice and very helpful. The inside of our room well kept up and very clean. The hotel grounds and building could use work. Pool deck needs painting as hard water stains are on the deck. Outside needs work. A shed out side needs painting. There was a deck chair outside our window facing us. Kind of creepy Otherwise for the price it was ok."

"Everything from check-in to check-out was great. Our room was clean, the bedding was fabulous and we slept well and breakfast was good. Overall, we were very satisfied with this hotel and would stay again if in Custer."

"I checked out the three hot tubs while I was there. Two of the tubs had obviously not been maintained for a while. The water was cloudy and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The third tub was mostly empty of water. No soaking for me. The TV was somehow fixed at a certain volume, which I wanted to lower but could not. The mute button was also deactivated. Very frustrating!"

"The desk clerk was absolutely the friendliest both day and night. The breakfast was fresh and the gal preparing it was also very nice. The hotel is old but you can tell the employees take pride in their jobs. "
