Vanderbilt Villa is located in the amazing gated community of February Point, Exuma Bahamas. With over 5,000 sq. feet of luxury living space, this spacious 4-bed, 4-bath estate is located just minutes from the conveniences of downtown George Town. This is a prime location with luxury home finishes, designer pool, and private boat dock. There is a spa, restaurants, lighted tennis courts, a beach, a marina, and more!

This house was absolutely amazing!!! I've stayed in several houses in February Point as well as rented in other destinations. This home is so well appointed and beautifully decorated - every detail was so carefully thought out. Each of the four bedrooms was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had its own access to outdoor terraces plus private bathroom which was perfect for four couples. The terrace off the main level was perfect for morning coffees, afternoon lounging and after dinner drinks. The master suite on the upper level could be compared to a high end resort, with gorgeous high ceilings, exquisite bedding and towels, chaise lounges and a huge terrace with views. Also a plus is proximity to Rusty Anchor. We wouldn't hesitate to rent again!

Great stay

We had a great time at the Vanderbilt Villa, it is a beautiful property, property had everything we needed, location is great, having the restaurant pretty much next door was super convenient, we rented a boat and having a dock was also great! We would totally recommend this property to anyone, it was 6 of us total, my husband and I and our 4 children ages 20,19,17 and 14 so size of the house was perfect for us!! We look forward to staying again at the Vanderbilt Villa in the future!

Beautiful Exuma Home - Gated Community

4 couples found this home perfect for a vacation together. Each bedroom was roomy with its own bathroom. Beautiful views. We enjoyed our meals on the terrace. Lovely furnishings. It met all of our expectations.

The perfect location in paradise!

We absolutely loved everything about Vanderbilt Villa! Don’t have any hesitation about booking this house. It delivers exactly as pictured. The pre-trip information and concierge service once you are on the island is top notch. All the amenities at February point are perfect for a home away from home. convenient access to the marina and the pools and restaurant on site offer so many options for your vacation. We look forward to booking another week in the future! You can rent a boat and keep it at the house or have the A1 taxi service pick you up and drop you off right at the house! Thank you for a great stay!

Great Home

Vanderbilt Villa is a beautiful home. Our family enjoyed everyday sitting out on the porch taking in the views. The amenities of February Point were great. Highly recommend eating at the Rusty Anchor which had Great Views, Service and Food. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting our Favorite Island!!! Thanks so much

Heaven on earth

The house was heaven on earth - decorated beautifully, stunning views from porch. I highly recommend this house! Summer was wonderful. Our only complaint was the concierge - Ayana 1. Did not meet us at the house (we let ourselves in via unlocked door). She had our flight info as she arranged for transportation from airport. 2. We saw online welcome basket with deck of cards - we did not have anything. 3. Did not bring credit card machine for groceries. Cash or credit was an option. 4. We had not signed waivers ahead of time. She did not bring hard copies as was visibly annoyed that we had not done this ahead of time. 5. Called her the next morning to request a cab - very short and stated she was busy. That was enough for us and we went to plan b. If you find yourself in a similar predicament please call Floyd (taxi 19). He took care of us all week!! We even made a point to speak with folks at Exuma Tourism office and tell them how wonderful Floyd was! He delivered coffee creamer, arranged for pizza delivery, took us boutique shopping, etc. Concierge service can definitely make or break a trip. We are extremely grateful for Floyd! When we went to check out Ayana was just sitting in the driveway in blacked out windows so we had no idea who was at the house. She finally opened the door and end the trip just as it started - very rude.

Perfect Location

This house is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We were able to rent a boat and use their dock, which was so convenient! We can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous house in a beautiful location

We truly enjoyed our stay at Vanderbilt Villa. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. The concierge group made check in and scheduling excursions easy. The location was great with spectacular views.

Yes it was unusally windy most of the week we were there but we still had an amazing time with the family and the house was amazing. Nothing about it was disappointing to us. I'd say it was the nicest home in the area. Highly encourage anyone to stay in that amazing vaca home.

Exuma get away

The property was amazing !! We loved the neighborhood , the Beach Club was great s a pool and the beach and it was so close to the house . Food was great ! Ayana arranged everything for us from car rental , boat excursion, rental boat and dinner reservations! She was great ! The people on the island were so friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be back !

The Most Amazing Wedding!

Where should I start.. this property in person is even more amazing than the pictures! Vanderbilt Villa was the perfect background for my very small & intimate wedding! Summer & Anaya were incredible. They responded quickly to any questions I had, and had excellent suggestions along the way! The house is extremely well stocked with all amenities, and we didn't want for anything! Another great thing about this house's location is that our boat picked us up right at the house for our water excursion. There are no bad views from any room at this villa. It was a great feeling to wake up in paradise, and to go to sleep to the ocean breeze and sounds of the calm waves at night. I can go on and on about this magnificent oasis! When I hit the lottery this will be mine!!! But until then, we will be back every year for our anniversary!! Can't wait to have that feeling again!!

Amazing House + Concierge

We loved this house so much and plan to return at some point. You can jump off the dock into the ocean or swim in the pool and it's conveniently located to the club house. Our boat captain picked us up right from the dock for an all day tour so we didn't have to taxi anywhere. Ayana was very helpful with arranging plans. Couldn't have been better.

August 2020 at The Vanderbilt Villa

We have been staying in February Point for the past several years. First time at The Vanderbilt Villa. Absolutely beautiful home! Loved being able to keep our rented boat at the house. Lots of room for our entire family and the home had everything we needed to make meals at the house when we weren't eating out. Outdoor bed swing was one of our favorite parts. We will definitely be back!

Best House in February Point

This house was amazing! The view was magnificent and the location near the marina and club was perfect. When we arrived, Ayana had stocked the kitchen as requested and put everything away for us. We had plenty of towels and paper products. Pool was wonderful! We could not have asked for a better home or property manager for our stay.

Great location and spectacular home

We rented this home for my wife’s birthday and invited her her college friends and their spouses. There were eight adults in total. Everyone had plenty of room. Summer and Ayana made the check in process seamless. Communication was excellent. They provided several resources of things to do and taxi drivers for the area. The weather was quite rainy for most of our stay, but the spaciousness of the house did not make it feel like we were cramped, and on top of one another. We definitely look forward to our next trip to Vanderbilt Villa.
