Worst experience at an hotel. No ice machines work but her third floor was ridiculous. Food making people sick. Pool closed too early and Casino is not 24 hour is outrageous at least you could provide that as a key amenities cause everything is unstructured and unprofessional. Security and armed staff yet people get robbed smh…I am gonna need RAMADA/ PRINCESS TO DO BETTER!!!!!! Especially for the nightly rate. "
