"Jacuzzi and pool were great. Ladies at desk during check in were very friendly and delightful. They proved excellent choices on where to eat, shop and must see local tours. 5 star customer service! The hotel sits somewhat close to I70 and the back lot is dirt with a construction like feel to it. Takes away from the beautiful look of the lake and mountain. With that being said we would definitely still recommend this hotel to others and stay there again"

"Had a power outage one of the days there from around 9am until about 4:30pm so very inconvenient to not be able to watch tv or charge our phones and ipads"

"Super easy check-in, very nice front desk gentleman, & looked brand new. Even though our TV didn’t work, we didn’t mind as there was plenty to do. Bed was comfortable, room very spacious & had a nice hip feel to it. Extremely reasonably priced as well. If we ever go back, we’ll definitely stay here. Very dog friendly for our service dogs. Thank You! :) "

"Most friendly and accommodating staff; so pleasant and courteous. Very convenient and walkable to Main Street where most of the shopping and restaurants are. Free public transit was a nice surprise! Our condo was so nicely decorated, very clean, and wonderful amenities! Will be anxious to visit again.🙂"
