Charming cottage near the beach with balcony, deck, grill, fireplace - dogs OK

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (7)
"No AC, weather wasn’t to hot but it would have been nice to have. Bathrooms you list three but the third one in laundry was 1/2 bath. Balcony I thought would be bigger to go out and sit and eat breakfast. The deck was off house separate, nice option not easily accessible to house have to go out down stairs and walk over grass then step up to deck. Basement was spacious but not comfortable to stay in or entertain in. Should Update the queen bed frame. It was a nice comfortable stay."

Charming Oceanfront House with Deck, Cozy Loft, and Direct Beach Access

Oceanfront Cabin-Castle in Maine Woods

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (25)
"This property is truly unique. The views and location are amazing. Being right next door to one of the most beautiful Maine state
parks
is priceless. The house was exciting for my kids and they liked exploring it. The host was aware of some issues and let me know in advance, which I really appreciated. It does need some general maintenance and upkeep, but if you plan to spend most of your time outside like we did, it’s an interesting place to crash at the end of the day. "
