Lilac Cottage - Near Georgetown Island - Midcoast Maine

Heaven for people and dogs

"It was just what the doctor ordered, a month in a quiet (except for street traffic which we could not see, but could hear), wooded, seemingly remote location, that was very private. Lilac cottage is so sweet, a quintessential Maine cottage with good WiFi, 10 minutes from the great town of Bath and lots of parks and beaches. Mark was the perfect host and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. You truly feel alone, yet connected. What a place! It’s stocked with lots of water. They even stocked orange juice, and milk. The cookware is exceptional and everything you need is right in the cottage. We’ll be recommending to our friends for sure!"

Delightful oceanfront home with amazing views, wrap-around deck & two fireplaces

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

"GORGEOUS house and view! Very spacious and accommodating. Things you should know before booking is that it is about an hour away from anything and everything. House could use some more TV's if you're going with children, pinball machines did not work and neither did "workout equipment" which was an elliptical and treadmill. One of the showers did not work and some of the fans that were provided did not either. I think its a tad over priced for its distance to do things but the views from the deck were amazing."
