At check out I alerted the front desk and the response was, "yeah we know, we have had some people working on it but its not fixed." I asked how long its been this way and she said "I'm not sure but for a while." Absolutely not acceptable for staff not to alert customers of this issue upon arrival. A cold shower is not how most people on trips want to start the day."

The hosts Roger and Elaine are amazing, great communication before during and after our stay. We will definitely be back, this was truly a special place."
