"Staff was wonderful and that extended to the folks at the By George restaurant. Historic hotel with unique interior easily makes up for somewhat sketchy downtown Atlanta."

"Hotel was nice and safe. Parking garage was a little challenging to navigate. Room was clean and looked as it was pictured. Shay at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The hotel’s elevator was a little old and creaky, but no issues with it during our stay. Ice maker on our floor was broken, but located one on another floor and was able to manage just fine. Overall, not bad for the price and daily parking rate. Walked to State Farm arena and back on a Friday night as well with absolutely zero issues. "

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, with each staff member I interacted with being very courteous. The spacious and clean environment contributed to a pleasant stay, in addition to the storage room feature. I especially enjoyed the fettuccini Italian Pasta; it was delicious. Overall, it’s a great place to have great meetings, relax and unwind. It's a 10/10"

"When checking in, worker didn’t properly let us know how breakfast and things was meaning the time and location and the express market needs updating. I feel as though valet should be cheaper."

"The room I reserved was overbooked by Expedia so I did not get the room I needed. The hotel is a cool building and we enjoyed the area. The room we ended up with was spacious. The pictures that you see with a balcony looking railing outside, those doors do not open. The staff were fantastic, everyone was very friendly and helpful but there were times that they just did not have enough staff for a hotel that size, the same person running the front desk was also running around delivering blankets and towels to rooms. That staff member did a fantastic job but the hotel just needed to staff more people."
